Dear Lab Families:
Charlotte Lab School will be closed on Friday, September 30, in anticipation of tropical storm conditions, heavy rainfall, power outages, and high winds predicted by local authorities. After-school activities and sporting events are also canceled tomorrow as previously announced.
Students in MS/US will have asynchronous learning on Schoology, and K-5 students are welcome to read and record the day’s weather, however there will be NO ZOOM/virtual classes.
There is no need for a make-up day as the majority of students will have asynchronous instruction.
At this time, we plan to resume class on Monday, October 3, however if there are changes over the weekend we will send a communication to families on Sunday evening via email/text/social media.
