Dear Lab Families,
In 2020, while Charlotte Lab School embarked on our journey to open up one of Center City’s first high schools, we also began a journey with The Whitaker Group and Asics. In the last three years, Charlotte Lab Middle and Upper School students had the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and professionals to see and lead the beginning, middle and end of bringing a sneaker to market…the only difference is that this shoe was #YouthLed!
As we celebrate the culmination of this partnership, we invite you to join us for our Family and Friends celebration on:
- Monday, 12/5 from 6-7:30pm at Charlotte Lab Upper School, 3325 South Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28217
Expect to meet the students involved, hear more from them, have a time to connect with each other over food, have an opportunity to purchase the sneakers in advance, take part in some photo booth opportunities, and celebrate our official global release soon after!
