Angela Walker Freeman

My name is Angela Walker, although everyone calls me Mrs. Freeman as I was recently married. I was born and raised in California and went to California State University, East Bay where I earned my BA in Sociology with a focus in Social Work. I am going into my 8th year in education, 4 of which I spent teaching various grade levels from PK- 3rd grade.

I relocated to Charlotte with my husband and our beautiful son during the pandemic and have been serving as the Interventionist at Charlotte Lab's Primary School since.  

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and trying new restaurants and experiences here in Charlotte. I look forward to getting to know your student!
