Aniesha Jackson

Aniesha Jackson is a school counselor and children's book author who loves to equip students with skills and knowledge so that they can be the best and healthiest (socially and emotionally) versions of themselves. Hailing from Fayetteville, NC, Aniesha appreciates and celebrates diversity and is eager to promote this and her "kindness and respect" mantra to the students at the Lab School.

Aniesha earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from NCSU and Master's degree in School Counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has been in education for over 15 years in various capacities and has worked in New Jersey and CMS. Aniesha loves writing children's books, traveling, eating (she's quite the foodie!), and spending time with her husband and four children.
