Ivonne Garcia Curiel

Hello! I'm Ivonne Curiel from Mexico City. At 28, I embarked on a journey to the United States through an exchange program to teach Spanish, and I discovered my passion for bilingual education while working at Union County Public Schools. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and additional studies in philosophy, I have taught children from preschool to high school. This experience has enriched my understanding of various engaging and effective teaching methods.

 

 I am deeply passionate about my work and find great joy in my family life with my husband Matt and our dog Niña. We love exploring new places and going hiking whenever we can. You can also find me reading, writing, or painting while enjoying music. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team and look forward to a fantastic year ahead!
